Tashara Earl, a St. Louis native, is a vibrant, out-going, and compassionate serial entrepreneur. Growing up in the Baden neighborhood of St. Louis led Tashara to embark on a journey of entrepreneurship and creativity. As a child, Tashara would spend her time at her family-owned beauty salon in the Baden Neighborhood where she was first inspired to be a cosmetologist and a business owner. 

In 2007, Tashara obtained her cosmetology license and practiced hairdressing and makeup while attending college in Springfield, Missouri. While in school, Tashara gained experience as an independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay and a sales agent for Avon where she hosted private makeup parties for clients. Tashara obtained her MBA and MA in Media Communications from Webster University and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Management and Entrepreneurship from Missouri State University. 

Tashara has 15 years of cosmetology experience. As well as, 13+ years of experience in the entertainment industry working in radio, music, media and stage performance. In 2018, Tashara transitioned from the entertainment industry into the technology industry focusing on wearable tech and beauty tech.
