Questionnaire Sweepstake Rules
One Entry per person after completion of the makeup & skincare questionnaire. An additional one (1) entry allowed upon sharing the post and tagging friends via Facebook and Instagram platforms. The winner will receive a ten ($10) Amazon gift card for participating in the questionnaire. The winner will be selected on or after May 31, 2021 and will be notified via email.
